Refund Policy

Effective October 13, 2026

Paid plans

• Cancel any time from the Billing page. You keep paid features until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• New paid plans can be cancelled within 14 days of first purchase for a full refund.
• Outside that window, partial periods aren't refunded, except where the law where you live requires it.

Marketplace purchases

Items on the marketplace are sold by the brand or collector who listed them, not by SigilQR. Problems with a physical item — condition, delivery, authenticity disputes — are first resolved with the seller. If a sale is reversed, SigilQR's 7% platform fee on that sale is reversed with it.

Charged by mistake?

Duplicate charges, charges after you cancelled, or any charge you didn't authorise are refunded in full. Tell us and we'll fix it.

How to ask

Email webmaster@donlinestore.com with your account email and what happened. We reply within 5 business days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
